Data Governance Consultant

The Axon/EDC consultant is part of our Data Strategy, Governance and Advisory (DSGA) community within Agile Solutions consulting. This community works with our clients to help define how they will benefit from working with data across their organisation. In the current market more and more customers are striving to become data driven, which we interpret as meaning that data becomes the foundation for decision making across the organisation. Our DSGA service offerings and projects help customers achieve this in several ways including:

  • Defining an organisation’s data strategy
  • Translating business strategy in terms of data strategy
  • Designing and implementing a target operating model for data management
  • Establishing the office of the CDO
  • Implementation and adoption of data governance processes and tools
  • Advice and execution on monetisation of organisational data
  • Identification and prioritising key data domains and related business cases
  • Business change and user adoption execution for data initiatives

Our DSGA consultants work to become trusted advisors to their clients and often maintain coaching and mentoring relationships once initial projects are delivered.
