Software Developer

Working within a TickITplus certified quality environment, you will get involved across the entire Software Development Lifecycle, developing, delivering and supporting a number of cutting edge and bespoke solutions for our clients across varied domains and verticals.

Skills and experience:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience of application development in:
    • C#.
    • .Net (standard or Core).
    • HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
    • Database development (SQL Server or PostGreSQL preferred).
    • Development of web applications with modern web frameworks e.g. React, Angular, Vue etc.
    • Designing, implementing or using Rest APIs, e.g. OpenAPI specification (Swagger) or RESTful API.
  • Excellent communication in the English language, both written and verbal, and with colleagues and clients.
  • Experience in documenting agreed solutions according to project standards.
  • Experience in supporting the deployment of the solution, including preparation and delivery of analysis, demonstrations, workshops, training and documentation.

  • A strong work ethic and level of professionalism.
  • Solid problem solving, analytical and creative thinking ability.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly understand and document technical solutions.

Future project work in this area, would benefit from candidates with experience in: Node.js development; Visual Studio, Azure DevOps and Git; and Agile software development.
