A Service Engineer is required to support service elements for the Private Cloud implementation, based on Microsoft Azure Stack Hub (MASH). This work will cover service management and operations in an ITIL environment.
All successful applicants must hold, or be eligible & willing to obtain, UK SC clearance with the view to progressing to higher level clearance if required.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Support a MASH (Azure Stack Hub)
Working within a disciplined service environment under direction of SDM
Incident and Problem Resolution
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Microsoft System Management Products
Track record in at least two of the following - Server 2019, MS SCCM (MECM), MS Certificate Services, MS Active Directory
Excellent Team Work
Customer Facing Skills (Incident and Problem Resolution)
Desire for continuous improvement with emerging technologies
Public and Private Cloud Concepts
