Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviours.
• Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement UX solutions.
• Ensure designs are user-centred, accessible, and align with project requirements.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and evolving project needs.
• Advocate for best UX practices across the team and wider organisation.
